Alfa Romeo continues its sustained growth, and this first quarter of 2025 has demonstrated that sales are growing and that a bright future is on the horizon.

There are brands that after having several decades of success have fallen into a strange oblivion in which it has been eclipsed and almost disappeared. The case of Alfa Romeo, a brand that was quite important in the European market and even outside Europe, but fell almost into oblivion in the early years of the 21st century. Now, it seems that has recovered and global sales figures have grown considerably important.

The first quarter of 2025, Alfa Romeo achieved record sales that mark a growth of 29% compared to sales recorded during the same period in 2024 globally. In the European market, growth was 43%, and in the Middle East and Africa market, the increase was 9%.

One of the keys to this growth in all markets has been the launch of the Alfa Romeo JuniorThis model is available in two electric variants: a hybrid and a Q4 Hybrid. The electric variants offer power outputs of 156 hp and 210 hp. The hybrid version has a power output of 145 hp.

Along with the Junior, there has also been positive movement across the rest of the brand's range, which consists of the Giulia, the Tonale and the Stelvio. Another thing to keep in mind is that March has become the best month this quarter in terms of sales, if we look at the figures from June 2019.

In March they were sold just over 8.700 units worldwide. This month alone, the increase in sales has been 33% compared to March 2024. In terms of market share, there is still a lot of work to be done, as in March it only accounted for 0,5% of total sales.

Although it seems like a very timid advance, it has allowed the brand grows significantly and to continue advancing in its strategy of establishing itself again in the international market.
