Getting a 14 on the university entrance exam? Now you can also get an electric car. Thanks, Dongfeng.

The Dongfeng BOX, electric, customizable, and packed with technology, will be the prize for Spain's brightest student.

If you thought that the PAU (yes, the dreaded Selectividad exams) were only good for getting into a degree with few places and a lot of stress, think twice. This year, sweating blood to get the 14 will not only open the doors to university... it will also open those of Dongfeng BOX, an electric car as groundbreaking as it is unexpected.

D, together with Salvador Caetano, has just launched a master marketing move and, in the process, given an elegant smack to educational pessimism: it will give away a Dongfeng BOX 100% electric To the student with the highest university entrance grade in all of Spain. And beware, the car isn't just any old thing. The Dongfeng BOX is the automotive equivalent of a brilliant student: compact, well-designed, efficient, and with many more capabilities than it appears.

Dongfeng BOX: the utility vehicle with TikTok DNA and a technological brain

With 95 horses electric and a 42,3 kWh battery, the BOX offers up to 340 km of autonomy (which, let's be honest, is enough to get from home to class, to the library, to the gym, and still have time for the weekend). Also, charge from 20% to 80% in half an hour, which gives you just enough time to have a coffee and complain about your calculus teacher.

But the really juicy stuff is inside, it includes ambient light in 32 colors, a floating armrest that looks like something out of a spaceship, climate control, full connectivity, and an interior you can customize to your liking. Because if you're going to spend your eyelashes studying it, at least your car represents you better than your ID photo.

Dongfeng Launches Its Multi-Option Product for €185 a Month

This is not a one-time promo, it is a declaration of principlesRecognizing the efforts of young people, rewarding excellence with something tangible (and electrified), and, in the process, strengthening a brand that is doing more for sustainable mobility than many governments.

Ignacio Román, General Manager Caetano Automotive Spain, made it clear: “Education drives change, and Dongfeng wants to be part of that change.” A phrase that sounds like an institutional campaign, but here it comes with a steering wheel, battery, and LED lights.

Where do we sign?

The countdown has begun. While some are still wondering which career to choose, others are already dreaming of customizing their Dongfeng BOX in galactic blue with purple ambient lighting. And all we can say is: we wish we'd been born a little later.
