Tesla will exhibit the Cybercab in some European cities from the end of this month of November

Three Cybercab units will travel from the United States to Europe next week so that Tesla fans on the old continent can also see it in person.
If you live in Europe and you were left wanting to see the most innovative vehicle that Tesla has presented to date, you are in luck. The North American manufacturer has just announced that Cybercab will start a European Tour starting next week, allowing fans of the brand and of electric mobility in general to see first-hand the exciting future that awaits us.
Tesla has selected some of its main ones for this purpose. Stores on the continent, located in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Sweden and Norway. Which means that, sadly, from the looks of it, the Cybercab is not going to be coming to Spain, at least for the time being. Fingers crossed that perhaps it will at a later date.
The European Cybercab Tour will begin almost simultaneously in Berlin, London and ParisIn Berlin, it will be on display at the Tesla Store located in the Mall of Berlin from November 22 to December 8, 2024. In London, from November 20, also until December 8, at the Tesla Store in the Westfield Shopping Center. While in Paris, the chosen location is the Tesla Store Paris Madeleine, where it will be on display from November 23 to December 8. Tesla requires prior registration through this link, we understand that to avoid crowds.
These same three Cybercab units will then be moved to Tesla stores in Amsterdam, Stockholm and Oslo, where it will also be on display from December 14 until the end of the year. The North American manufacturer carried out a similar European Tour this year with its electric pickup, the Cybertruck, although on that occasion it was present in a larger number of locations around Europe, including Spain.
This is Tesla's robotaxi
Just like We already told you about it here in HighMotor Launched last October, the Cybercab is a fully autonomous two-seater vehicle that completely does away with a steering wheel and pedals. Although it can also be purchased as any model in the manufacturer's current range, Tesla's main intention with this new model is to offer an Uber-style robotaxi service, so that when we need to move from one point to another in the city we can request from the Tesla application for mobile devices that a Cybercab come to pick us up wherever we are.
However, for this to be possible, Tesla's fully autonomous driving system must first prove that it is sufficiently reliable, something the company is confident will be achieved in the next two to three years. Tesla will also have to deal with the legislation in force in each of the countries in this area, since it will need to first obtain the approval of local regulators before being able to put the first fleets of Cybercabs on the streets.
