Advanced car technology could prevent 420 deaths a year
According to the "Study on Advanced Technological Systems for the Prevention of Traffic Accidents" carried out by Línea Directa in collaboration with the Zaragoza Centre, the combined use of AEB, LKA, DDD and BSM would reduce the number of accidents with victims by almost 23.000 each year. Furthermore, 96% of Spanish drivers are not familiar with these acronyms.
