The German brand is now accepting orders for the first plug-in hybrid version of the model, which will go on sale on 21 November. Its 313 hp engine uses 3,3 l/100 km of petrol and emits 77 g/km of CO2. It will be one of the most economical hybrid premium SUVs on the market.

BMW will present a new concept car with an eco-friendly look at the Frankfurt Motor Show. This is the X5 eDrive, the most environmentally friendly version thanks to its TwinPower Turbo engine combined with an electric motor capable of driving the SUV 30 kilometres autonomously.
