The AEA has released statistics on the most dangerous stretches of road in Spain. Asturias takes the top prize for the most dangerous stretch and four other stretches are among the ten most dangerous in our country. Among the toll motorways, the AP-7 in Barcelona stands out, with 92 victims.

A report to be presented in a few days by the Spanish Road Association (AEC) concludes that the state of the road surface is the worst it has been in the last 25 years. The study mentions that both the asphalt and the traffic signs need urgent renovation, which would require some 5.500 billion euros.
