The delays in the publication of the PIVE 5 Plan in the BOE have caused January 2014 not to be a particularly good month. The number of registered vehicles in Spain will not reach 48.000 and little more, even if the PIVE 5 is published on time and comes into force in these last days of January.

The PIVE 5 Plan, approved today by the Council of Ministers, has been announced with an allocation of 175 million euros in aid, meaning we have more PIVE Plans to buy cars, something that always helps the market.
