In the autumn of 1944, the Communist leaders took a political decision on the expulsion of the Germans from the people of Yugoslavia. A special decree on the seizure and nationalization of property of German origin was adopted on 21 November. To implement the decision, 70 camps have been set up on Yugoslav territory. [130] In the final days of World War II in Yugoslavia, units of maquisards were responsible for atrocities after bleiburg`s repatriation, and accusations of guilt were later brought against Tito`s Yugoslav leaders. At that time, according to some authors, Josip Broz Tito repeatedly called for capitulation to the retreating column, offered amnesty, and tried to avoid a disorderly capitulation. [131] On May 14, he sent a telegram to the supreme headquarters of the Slovenian Partisan Army prohibiting the execution of prisoners of war and ordering the transfer of potential suspects to a military court. [132] The Facility Agent and, among others, the AMB Agent entered into the Facility Agreement and the December 8, 2006 Act of Subordination. On August 12, 1944, British Prime Minister Churchill Broz Tito concluded an agreement in Naples. [127] On September 12, 1944, King Peter II called on all Yugoslavs to unite under Tito`s leadership and declared that those who did not were «traitors»[128][128], after which Tito was recognized as Prime Minister of Yugoslavia by all Allied authorities (including the government-in-exile), in addition to the Commander-in-Chief of the Yugoslav Armed Forces.

On September 28, 1944, the Telegraph Agency of the Soviet Union (TASS) reported that Tito was signing an agreement with the Soviet Union authorizing the «temporary entry» of Soviet troops into Yugoslav territory allowing the Red Army to help conduct operations in the northeastern regions of Yugoslavia. [129] With their strategic right flank, protected by the Allied advance, the partisans prepared and led a massive general offensive that succeeded in breaking the German lines and forcing a withdrawal beyond the Yugoslav borders. After the victory of the partisans and the end of hostilities in Europe, all external forces were discharged from Yugoslav territory. The minutes contain no dispositive evidence as to whether Salon or his former lawyer received a notice of registration of the reference order.
