Discover a movie-style SUV (sci-fi style), the Karlmann King, and you'll be amazed

SUVs are one of the models growing most dramatically across the world. Even the brands that are furthest from this type of car are encouraging themselves to build one or several models of this kind. But although Lamborghini has already launched the Urus and Rolls Royce is going to launch the Cullinan, we want to present one of the most luxurious SUVs of all of them. It is the Karlmann King, a super-luxury SUV manufactured by the Chinese company IAT, and it will certainly surprise you.

Its exterior is very reminiscent of a Stealth aircraft, those radar-invisible bombers that the United States Army has. But this car has little that is invisible about it, as it is designed so that its powerful presence is imposing. The angular bodywork is painted black and gives it a striking image. But it is not just about the image, but also about everything it offers the driver and passengers.

If I tell you that it will cost two million dollars in its entry-level version, you can imagine what this SUV will be like. If you want the fully equipped model, the price rises to 3.8 million dollars. And that price includes an armoured body, so more complete, impossible. The SUV is not just image, since it weighs 6 tonnes in this full configuration, which has led it to use the 6.8-litre V10 engine used by the model it is based on, the Ford F-550.

Despite this, it can only accelerate up to 140 km/h, a speed that seems low, but which allows this massive SUV to move lightly over difficult terrain. Inside, the word “luxury” falls short.
