Epic save at Nascar! Avoids the crash with a colossal drift
Brad Keselowski pulled off a talented manoeuvre during the free practice session of the Bank of America 500 Nascar race.
Normally when a NASCAR car loses control of its rear end at over 300 km/h, it ends up caught in a crash of catastrophic proportions. Luckily, this did not happen during the free practice session of the Bank of America 500; instead, one of the greatest saves in this sport took place.

Brad Keselowski, driver for the Monster Energy team in the NASCAR Cup, showed incredible skill at the wheel by performing one of the most epic sustained slides ever seen on an oval. Full-on drifting and a masterful manoeuvre that saved him from a serious accident.
It is true that in the final moments of the slide Brad uses the wall to straighten the car, but in our opinion that does not detract one iota from the merit of this manoeuvre.

Still, this is not the first time we have seen a manoeuvre of this kind on an oval, and if you don’t remember, take a look at the following image.
