First teaser of the new Volvo S60

The first teaser of the new Volvo S60 has just been unveiled. The concept of the new Volvo S60 will be presented at the Detroit Motor Show. And the final version is expected to be ready by 2010.

Judging by what we can see in the teaser, the rear end takes on a more sporty look, and although the front follows the brand’s design, it features newly created headlights and a slightly more pronounced coupé style. The rear door handles suggest a door opening system that opens against the direction of travel (like Rolls-Royce).

As for the interior, there is a centre console that extends to the rear, made of glass, floating style, also following the brand’s design line. For now we know little, but little by little Volvo will reveal more details about the new S60.
