Hyundai could show us the i40 Sedan, in Barcelona!

Although not much news has reached us from the Barcelona Motor Show, I am referring to the promise of certain brands to present new models at this fantastic event in the automotive world.

Every motor show has its world premieres, and in this case one of them will come from Hyundai and its i40 in its saloon version. It may not be a great surprise, especially considering its strong resemblance to its American version, the Hyundai Elantra.

Even so, it is worth keeping a close eye on the presentation of this model and especially on its novelties, in the form of small changes to adapt the American model to the “refined” tastes of European buyers.

Unfortunately, for now we can say little or nothing about this saloon, which measures 4.77 metres in length, 1.81 metres in width and 1.46 metres in height, and which will reach the market shortly with three diesel engines (1.7 CRDi) producing 115, 136 and 160 CV, and two petrol versions: a 1.6 with 140 CV and a 2.0-litre with 177 CV.

For the moment we have no further details. Even so, if you are interested in this model, there is no need to worry, since in one week the doors of the Barcelona Motor Show open. If you are nearby or can afford the trip, I recommend you attend.
