iJAC 7.5T arrives, a versatile electric truck for city delivery
This JAC truck weighs 7.5 tonnes and lets you move freely around cities thanks to its electric drivetrain, which gives it a range of 230 km

Electric mobility is steadily advancing in our country, especially in cities. It is easy to come across electric vehicles carrying out transport and maintenance work for municipal services. This is a market that manufacturers want to occupy and position themselves in with increasingly efficient models. The iJAC 7.5T, a versatile electric truck that accepts several bodywork types, has just been launched.
Its design means it can be adapted for use as a tipper, parcel transport, bottle crates, cranes, refrigerated units and practically any service that may be needed. The main customers for this electric truck are city councils, institutions and courier companies, which are the ones with the longest service times within cities.

Urban use
The iJAC 7.5T has been designed to operate efficiently in the city. Its small size and large capacity help it move through the streets and carry out the service it is intended for. As an electric vehicle, it can drive without problems through the new Low Emission Zones and offer companies and institutions a maintenance cost far lower than that of a similar vehicle with a diesel engine.
The model weighs 7.5 tonnes and has a payload capacity of 4.2 tonnes. It offers a 107 kWh battery. This gives it a range of up to 230 kilometres, enough to meet daily duties without complications. The battery can be charged in about 55 minutes using a DC charger.
Each truck sold and put into service is expected to avoid the emission of up to 20 tonnes of polluting gases every year. This will help make the air in cities cleaner. In addition, it will benefit from the advantages that this type of vehicle has in Low Emission Zones. The price of each unit is set at 100,000 euros, although with government grants the total cost can be reduced considerably.
