Infiniti publishes first teaser of its electric car

For a long time there had been rumours that Infiniti was planning to build an electric luxury car based on the platform of the Nissan Leaf, and finally the speculation was confirmed through a press release.
Unfortunately, the details about the car are redundant, so we will mention two important points. The first indicates that the Japanese brand will launch the car in 2013, undoubtedly a decision that will allow us to compare performance with the BMW Megacity.
Meanwhile, the second point notes that the car is being developed as a compact luxury car with seating for five, so enthusiasts are unlikely to be excited by the design; nevertheless, it will be very interesting to wait for the final model to arrive, since it would be strange if, after presenting the IPL (Infiniti Performance Line) range, they decided to follow a different design path.
