Mercedes-Benz EQC: the electric SUV now has a price in Spain
Orders are now open for the Mercedes-Benz EQC, the electric SUV from the star brand, which you can buy from 77,425 euros.
From this very summer we will see it on our roads, the Mercedes-Benz EQC. We already told you that the 100% electric SUV from Mercedes has entered production at the Bremen plant, so deliveries to customers can begin in mid-year.
But what is the “catch”? Until the star brand revealed the price of the Mercedes EQC, the clear reference was the 82,445 euros listed as the starting price of the Audi e-tron, its most direct rival. And let’s not forget the Jaguar I-PACE, which has a starting price from 79,100 euros.

In the end, the Mercedes Benz EQC is positioned slightly below the Audi and the Jaguar: the EQC 400 4MATIC is available from 77,425 euros.
Although you can check the main features of the Mercedes EQC here, let’s recall some important data about the star brand’s electric SUV. Of the more than 470 km of range announced on the NEDC cycle, the final homologated range comes in at between 374 and 416 km, according to the WLTP cycle. Let’s also remember that the Audi e-tron claims 417. And it’s worth recalling how the WLTP cycle affects the range of electric cars.

And what about power? Here too, the rivalry between both manufacturers is fierce: with two electric motors, the Mercedes EQC claims 300 kW (408 CV), the same as the e-tron, with 760 Nm of torque. The top speed of the EQC is limited to 180 km/h, and it needs 5.1 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h. It can charge its 80 kWh battery in 11 hours at a wallbox, or in about 40 minutes using a fast-charging point. The boot capacity is 500 litres.
The price of the Mercedes EQC 400 4MATIC already includes a comprehensive standard equipment list. Among other items, it features 19-inch alloy wheels, the DYNAMIC SELECT driving programme selector, the lighting package, and Parktronic with rear camera.

From the base price, you can configure an EQC with optional packages. I would recommend the Plus driver assistance package, which costs 1,530 euros. The 575-euro anti-theft alarm is also worth the investment. The ENERGIZING Plus package is priced at 2,934 euros. And for exterior and interior personalisation there are various lines and packages ranging from the 2,020 euros of the AMG Line to the 8,137 euros the Europe Edition costs.
Limited special edition: Mercedes EQC 1886
Just as Audi offers its e-tron edition one, what Mercedes has also offered since the EQC’s launch is a limited special edition. It is called the Mercedes-Benz 1886 EQC, and costs 10,000 euros more than the base version.
Here, unlike the e-tron, the extras this version adds are not focused on functional, technological or comfort equipment details. The Mercedes 1886 EQC adds a series of services oriented to the customer, which are also available as individual options.

For example, that price includes vehicle maintenance for six years or 160,000 km, as well as an extended warranty for the same period of time and mileage.
The Doo2Door service is also included, through which the EQC customer never has to visit the dealership. The vehicle is collected and taken to the workshop for maintenance operations, and returned to its owner wherever the customer requests.
