Racist license plates are removed in Arkansas

The United States is one of many countries struggling to gradually eliminate racism from its society, yet this ideology persists across several social strata.
Recently, the state of Arkansas began removing a hundred license plates that were offensive to many citizens, since they contained the letter combination NGR in the series.
This series was interpreted as a message of antagonism toward people of color, which is why the Motor Vehicle Office decided to stop issuing the questioned plates in order to maintain calm among the population.
