Skoda Octavia 2020: we already know its interior

Skoda has recently revealed photos of the interior of the new Octavia, which is expected to go on sale in 2020.

Just 4 days before the debut of the new Octavia, Skoda has shared new design images showing us the interior. In it, one can appreciate the avant-garde and modernity that the brand intends to bring.

Taking a look at the photo that leaked of the exterior last month, we realise that the fourth generation of the Octavia changes radically. However, it is the interior that is going to feature the most significant changes.

The renders provided by the brand show that the Skoda Octavia 2020 will enjoy fully digital instrumentation. On the centre console one can see a large multimedia screen which, together with the instrumentation behind the steering wheel, gives it a renewed and modern touch.

The steering wheel also comes with controls, giving it a sportier look. The buttons have also been redesigned and include wheels to adjust the volume and other parameters.

The grille incorporates a new design touch, in combination with several colours and what appears to be some kind of pink-toned print.

The interior conveys comfort and elegance. If we look at the seats, we can see that they appear especially comfortable. They will come with all kinds of electronic adjustment.

As far as the gearbox is concerned, we can see that Skoda opts for simplicity. In this same location, one can also see a space which we assume will serve to provide wireless charging for our devices.

Skoda has confirmed that the interior will have more space than previous generations. This reaffirms our assumptions regarding comfort, a very important factor to consider.

The fourth generation of the new Skoda Octavia will make its debut on 11 November in Prague. Until then, it is quite possible that the manufacturer will continue to release all kinds of images and information, so we will be keeping an eye out for that.
