SsangYong at Frankfurt: XIV-1 Concept and new engine for the Korando

Three new additions will be presented by SsangYong at the Frankfurt Motor Show, as the brand will showcase the XIV-1 Concept on one hand and a new engine for the Korando, now producing 145 CV, on the other.
The most important new feature is the XIV-1 Concept, the South Korean manufacturer’s vision of a future compact SUV, with a personal design and the latest technological advances to enable interaction between driver and vehicle.

Another new feature will be the new diesel engine that will power the Korando, a unit derived from the D20T but producing 145 CV, available with either all-wheel drive or two-wheel drive and with a manual or automatic gearbox. Finally, we will also see the production version of the SUT 1 pick-up.
