Brooklands is the name of an important museum dedicated to aviation and the world of motor racing located in the United Kingdom. It is a very special place that displays artefacts from the past of these two universes, which are so different in appearance. Yet they are much closer than they seem, and it is the place chosen to present two units of the Arrinera Hussarya, the Polish supercar that had already been seen in action at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

This car is designed to compete in the GT4 category of the FIA GT championship and has a series of features that make it a worthy contender in this competition. To begin with, it has a striking appearance resulting from the work of engineers at the Warsaw University of Technology. Materials such as carbon fibre, Kevlar and aluminium were used in its construction.

The engine powering this formidable model is a 6.2-litre V8 block, producing 650 CV, which is truly spectacular considering the car weighs only 1,249 kg. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is rated at 3.4 seconds, with a top speed of 340 km/h. The six-speed Hewland LLS automatic gearbox helps achieve these surprising and impressive figures. There is another version with the same engine but with slightly less power, at 420 CV.

Why this museum to present these two units of the Arrinera Hussarya? Because there is a close relationship between Poland and the United Kingdom, as many of its pilots during the Second World War were Polish and served under the flag of that country. On another note, the name of this supercar refers to a cavalry unit of the Polish army, so the aim was to convey all the bravery and drive of those valiant warriors.

The car will have an approximate price of 168,000 euros, although only two or three units will be produced per year. What do you think of this formidable Polish model?
