The DGT director and her breathalyser test
María Seguí-Gomez was stopped by the Guardia Civil at a breathalyser checkpoint, which she passed successfully, not without first praising the work of those who carry out this type of control.

The newly appointed director of the DGT, María Seguí-Gómez, was unlucky enough to be stopped at one of the Guardia Civil’s breathalyser checkpoints, which she passed successfully, on one of her daily trips from Toledo, where she lives, to Madrid, where her offices are located.
María Seguí-Gómez, a medical graduate with a doctorate in accident prevention from Harvard University, was surely as surprised as the Guardia Civil officer who had the bad luck of administering the breathalyser test. In the end, everything ended with a compliment from the new DGT director, since the public servant had “carried out his job to perfection”.
María Seguí-Gómez will now have to continue the path laid down by Pere Navarro. Once the first phase of reducing accidents has been completed (policies focused on alcohol consumption, speeding, seatbelt and helmet use, and repeat offenders), the focus will need to shift to specific groups, such as pedestrians struck in cities, accidents caused by speeding, and cyclists or motorcyclists killed in crashes.
Fortunately, she came out unscathed from the “surprise” breathalyser test and has not repeated some of the “mistakes” of the past committed by her official predecessor, Pere Navarro.

Como se puede nadie creer un montaje tan gilipollas como este. Nos tachan de subnormales; aunque parece que lo somos porque estas noticias de montaje se las traga la gente como el gran hermano
