The new Mercedes Class A is spotted at full speed on snow
Mercedes has just released a teaser of the new Class A. This time, the German compact is seen tearing through the snow at full speed without any problem whatsoever

The most anticipated vehicles of 2018 are starting to make car enthusiasts’ mouths water, as the teasers keep coming. This time, the upcoming Class A once again hints at how it looks in motion and at very high speed. The German compact from Mercedes returns with great force and the intention of outdoing its rivals in every respect, and so far the situation of the entry-level model from the three-pointed star is looking very promising.
As we saw a few weeks ago, Mercedes unveiled the interior of the new Class A and, without a doubt, it promises a lot. The German compact inherits elements directly from its siblings, the Class S and the Class E, which provides a luxurious atmosphere brimming with quality. Furthermore, the company’s engineers have had to keep both the exterior and the mechanics on par with the cabin, and they wanted to demonstrate this to us in this video.
As is the case with most teasers, there are few features we can make out of its design. Even so, we can see a more refined structure in this new generation, especially in the aerodynamic section. Furthermore, the new Class A has grown considerably and features more up-to-date and modern light clusters. It is clear that Mercedes has wanted to take great care of one of its best-selling vehicles.

Furthermore, in the video we can see how the star’s compact is put through tough tests in the snow with the aim of measuring its endurance. Almost immediately, a roar rises from the depths of the imminent new Class A and it sets off at full speed. Without further ado, the Mercedes slides its rear end and performs a series of impressive drifts, rarely seen in a compact, but, without a doubt, the 4Matic+ system will make its presence felt in this very special vehicle.
We can also notice certain similarities with the recently presented Mercedes CLS, especially when it comes to the interior and the front and rear lights. Despite this, Mercedes has wanted to give the Class A its own personality, with the intention of taking the lead over its main rivals and making a before-and-after mark.

For now we do not know more details about the upcoming Class A, which will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show later this year, held, as usual, in March. Meanwhile, rumours suggest we will see a much more radical and faster AMG version than the previous one.
