The Renault Megane III arrives in Japan

Renault continues to complete its Japanese range with the arrival of the Megane III, until now only the Megane RS was available, and the range has been rounded out with the conventional variants of the French compact.

In the Asian country it will only be available with the two-litre petrol engine producing 140 CV, with a very comprehensive specification that includes the automatic gearbox, air conditioning, alloy wheels, or stability control, among other features. The Megane is available from 2,680,000 yen, which is roughly 23,208 euros.

This is good news because part of the Megane range is manufactured in Spain (and France). It also shows that manufacturers are gradually extending their ranges to the Asian continent, undoubtedly an important market worldwide.
