Travels more than 18,000 km with a scooter to race in the "green hell"
Yae Yong travelled with his 110cc, 8 hp scooter from Seoul to Germany to ride his bike on the legendary Nürburgring circuit.
Visiting the Nürburgring circuit is one of those plans every motor enthusiast dreams of doing before dying. And as this man shows, with determination and effort anything can be achieved in this life. The more than 18,000 kilometres separating Seoul from the Nürburgring circuit in Germany, and a precarious means of transport, were no obstacle for Jae Jong to complete two laps of the circuit on his Honda Super Cub 100cc scooter with 8 horsepower.
During the 100 days of the journey, Lee crossed Asia, Russia and Europe, stopping every 150 kilometres to refill the 4-litre tank of his bike.
Once at the Nürburgring, he was lucky enough to ride as a passenger in a tuned Seat León Cupra. It’s hard to imagine a passenger more excited and grateful than him for the ride in a racing car along the “Green Hell”.
