ID.7 Tourer Sedans Electric Cars
Volkswagen is already accepting orders for the ID.7 Tourer in Germany from 54,795 euros
It is curious that the price set by Volkswagen for the entry-level version of the ID.7 Tourer variant is lower than that of the saloon currently on sale
The German manufacturer has begun accepting reservations in its home market for the Tourer variant of the brand’s flagship model, whose presentation took place just over two weeks ago. As can be verified by configuring this model on the Volkswagen website, the price in Germany of the ID.7 Tourer Pro starts at 54,795 euros. That is 2,200 euros less than the saloon.
The ID.7 Pro Tourer features a single 210 kW powertrain, paired with a 77 kWh battery pack. The manufacturer now states that the WLTP range of this version is 607 km, a figure that was previously unknown. At the presentation of the ID.7 Tourer last February, the German manufacturer only announced the WLTP range of the Pro S version, equipped with an 86 kWh battery pack, claiming at the time that it was 685 km.

Customers who pay the 54,795 euros that the entry-level ID.7 Tourer costs will enjoy a fairly comprehensive standard equipment level, which includes dual-zone climate control, an infotainment system with a 15-inch screen, a Head-Up Display with Augmented Reality, the IDA voice assistant, four USB-C ports, ambient lighting in ten different colours, an anti-theft alarm system, heated front seats, LED lighting, electrically foldable exterior mirrors, keyless vehicle access Keyless Access, and rain sensor; as well as a range of driver assistance systems, including lane keeping and lane change assist, traffic sign recognition and automatic light assist.
Additional equipment available
The paint colour that Volkswagen offers at no extra cost is Moon Stone Grey. The manufacturer also offers five other colours at an additional cost ranging between 755 and 905 euros. Customers who want a black-painted roof will have to select the Exterior Plus package, which costs an additional 5,025 euros and includes the panoramic roof with smart glass. When choosing wheels, the options are quite limited. Only the 19-inch Hudson wheels and two other 20-inch options are available.
Inside, the standard seats are grey and black, with the option of selecting other colours with the ID inscription, which come as part of the equipment offered in some optional packages, costing between 2,605 and 4,475 euros. The optional equipment can be extended with two further packages: one that adds various driver assistance systems for 1,455 euros, and the Comfort package, which for 1,800 euros offers improvements to the vehicle’s climate control and additional infotainment system functions.

Although Volkswagen does not specify when deliveries of orders placed now in Germany will be made, it appears that the first units of the ID.7 Tourer should be in customers’ hands before the end of this year.
