Wiesmann’s MF4 GT has been on sale for almost three years without any major changes, and since the introduction of its high-performance MF5 last year no other model or change to the line-up was expected.

However, the German manufacturer plans to launch convertible versions of the cars mentioned above only for the European market, increasing its production to 350 units a year.

The MF4 will continue to use the 4.8-litre V8 engine, which delivers 362 CV, and the recent MF5 with a 5.0-litre V10 engine, which can exceed 280 km/h and accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just over four seconds.

Disclaimer: No official images of the new models have been released yet. For this reason, a photo of the Wiesmann GT MF5 is offered so you can imagine what the convertible version would look like.
