Convertibles Electric Cars Coupés
A new brand of luxury electric cars arrives: Longbow Motors
This new brand of high-end electric cars wants to offer premium vehicles at not-so-high prices and with a sporty spirit.

It is not unusual to see a new electric car brand appear . What is unusual is for it to last in the market beyond a few years and establish itself in a market that is excessively competitive. Longbow Motors is one of those brands, created to offer several high-end electric models. And there is something important in its creative team: they have been part of Tesla and Lucid.
Daniel Davy and Mark Tapscott have joined Jenny Keisu, an executive coming from the electric boat industry. Together, they have created this company, which has been in operation since 2023 and has not been publicly announced until now. The first two models to come out of this business venture are the Longbow Speedster and the Longbow Roadster.

The intention is to launch electric vehicles that feature a reduced weight that helps improve range, with a design that also works on aerodynamics to make it more efficient. The weight of both models does not reach 1,000 kg, which helps considerably to make it a very practical way of increasing range.
The Longbow Speedster has a weight of 895 kg and its range is rated at 443 kilometres. Another of its characteristics is that it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds. The starting price is just over 100,000 euros at the exchange rate, since it is quoted in pounds sterling. As for the Longbow Roadster, its weight is 985 kg and its range is slightly higher, at 450 kilometres.
Acceleration is practically the same, at 3.6 seconds, and its price is somewhat lower, at around 77,500 euros at the exchange rate. Prices are not excessively high, but they are not seen as affordable. That said, these are high-end electric cars and that price is justified by everything they offer.
