With the arrival of the new Volkswagen T-Roc 2.0 TDI and its new trim levels, the popular SUV increases its level of personalisation
With the arrival of a new diesel variant, the Volkswagen T-Roc 2.0 TDI expands its engine range which, together with two new trim levels available, broadens the possibilities to configure more to the user’s taste one of the new units built of this compact SUV.
And it is that a more powerful diesel engine has been added to the versions such as Volkswagen T-Roc Sport. The unit is a four-cylinder, two-litre, turbocharged block that now produces 190 CV, and a more than notable torque of 400 Nm is paired with a 7-speed DSG sequential gearbox and four-wheel 4Motion all-wheel drive.

The most powerful engine in the current range is the unit corresponding to the Volkswagen T-Roc 2.0 TSI 4Motion, of 190 CV, also with a 7-speed DSG gearbox and all-wheel drive from 35,100 euros.
For the time being, Volkswagen has only announced the price of the new Volkswagen T-Roc 2.0 TDI for the German market. There, this diesel-engined variant will cost from 35,105 euros.
New Volkswagen T-Roc Black Style
Another novelty for this model is the Black Style trim, a finish where black is the distinctive element.
A colour that appears on the exterior in the mirror caps, the front grille and, as the main stars, the new 18-inch alloy wheels, the Grange Hill, or the optional 19-inch Suzuka. A black roof in black is also optional.
For the interior, the Black Style pack includes a black roof lining and an instrument cluster in this same colour.
For now this trim is not available in Spain but, in Germany, a price of the Black Style pack is announced; for the Volkswagen T-Roc it represents a price increase from 1,235 euros for the Sport and 1,575 for the Style.
The SUV for music lovers
And for music lovers, or for those who demand a quality audio system wherever they want to enjoy their favourite tunes, Volkswagen also offers a new pack designed to add a plus to the enjoyment of this car.
The Beats equipment of the T-Roc includes six speakers from the famous brand’s Beats line and a subwoofer supported by a power amplifier stage, for a total of 300 watts to enjoy the music favoured by whoever is inside the SUV.
An interior that, moreover, receives distinctive visual elements such as the Beats plates, interior details in red and ambient lighting also in this colour, the brand’s identifying colour.
But this set goes beyond the interior because, on the exterior, the red colour also appears on the mirror caps, the C-pillars and the 17-inch Mayfield alloy wheels, whose central ring outline is in the same colour, surrounding the brand’s new emblem.
The cost of this Beats equipment is only available for the Style and Sport trims at a price of 720 and 850 euros respectively.
