Abarth Punto Evo Scorpione special edition

Abarth has just made a rather tempting special edition a reality, of which only 99 units will be built.

If there is a vehicle on the market today that is truly underrated, it is the Abarth Punto Evo, a small compact that, even from its most basic version, can make you smile just by having its keys in your pocket, thanks to a performance that, while not the best in its segment, is more than interesting and competitive.

Because of this, and given the drive to promote a sub-brand that is growing day by day, it is no surprise that vehicles as interesting as the Abarth Punto Evo Scorpione limited edition have been created, based directly on the esseesse version, so from the outset it already features a 1.4-litre MultiAir turbo capable of delivering 180 CV.

With this performance, Abarth homologates for its distinctive Punto Evo an acceleration of 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds or a top speed of 216 km/h. These figures will take a back seat to the many new aesthetic solutions proposed by the designers of the new Abarth.

As you can see, the work is based on a black unit to which two huge matte black vinyl graphics have been applied, running along its bodywork, from the bonnet to the rear tailgate. As a detail, the new sporty alloy wheels painted black stand out, contrasting with the yellow Brembo calipers.

Inside the cabin we find an interior equipped with Sabelt competition seats, partly upholstered in Alcantara with black-red-yellow stitching, a leather steering wheel, a new black cover on the instrument panel, as well as aluminium details on the new gear lever knob and sport pedals.

If you are interested in getting one, I will simply tell you that Fiat intends to build only a small limited edition made up of just 99 units.
