Airbag helmet, the new arrival for May

The Moto Oh! Motorcycle Show has been the chosen venue to present the first airbag helmet, an innovation that could revolutionise the motorcycle market, as protection for the rider will be far greater than it is today, offering more security to those wary of two-wheelers.

This airbag helmet has been developed by APC Systems, a Catalan company that will launch it on the market at the end of May at a price of 829 euros.

The airbag system deploys in just 0.15 seconds, opening a cushion in the cervical area so that the rider does not suffer serious injuries to the neck.
