And a Renault Talisman Coupe?

Talisman Coupe 1

The Renault Talisman is the latest creation from the diamond brand. It has been unveiled a few days ago as the natural successor to the well-known Laguna.

In the last generation of the Laguna, Renault also offered the Laguna Coupé, a model that, although it did not generate many sales, did improve the car’s image. What would a Talisman Coupé look like?

Renault has a great tradition of coupé models, with mythical creations such as the Fuego or the more recent Laguna Coupé. Although they were not high-volume sellers, they add class and refinement to a manufacturer’s range, even when the brand is not “premium”, as is the case here.

With the Talisman, Renault has sought to create a vehicle as premium as possible within its means, with a design that catches the eye and an interior where the quality speaks for itself. At first glance, the people at Renault seem to have achieved it, because everyone has been talking about the Talismán.

However, it seems that the Talismán will lose its coupé variant of the saloon. The French brand announced this at the time, so the Talismán will only be offered as a saloon and as an estate version, which will reach the market in a few months.

Now, the famous Theophilus Chin, one of the best-known “image manipulators” in the automotive world, shows us, from his own creativity, what the coupé version of the Talismán could be, or could become. Without a doubt, the result is eye-catching, since it seems we are going to miss out on what would be one of the most attractive coupés in the segment.

The image of the Talismán Coupe has likely already reached the people at Renault; hopefully they will at least consider what it would mean to have one of the most beautiful coupés on the current market in their range.
