Ardalan Farboud presents his Pagani Sei Concept

Perhaps after so much anticipation, the Pagani Huayra did not cause all the furore that was initially expected, perhaps because of the promise of a completely new model that, aesthetically speaking, differs little or not at all from the lines set by the ever-enduring Zonda, or perhaps because our imagination soared higher than it should have from the start.
Well then, in response to all those who at the time imagined a different Pagani, the latest designs created by Ardalan Farboud have just come to light. He is a recently graduated master’s student from Coventry University’s design programme, and in these designs he presents a model that, according to its author, is based on the basic principles of the Italo-Argentine brand, such as creating an agile, fast vehicle that makes generous use of lightweight materials like carbon fibre.

Precisely as his final-year design project, the recent graduate has decided to present nothing less than an alternative to the Huayra, which he has kindly named the Pagani Sei Concept. Among its particularities, this model would feature two chassis frames made of stainless steel, a carbon-fibre subframe, a 4.8-litre twin-turbo AMG V8 whose theoretical power would be around 1,200 hp…
Simply beastly, as is its 0–100 km/h acceleration, which the designer puts at around 2.9 seconds, with a top speed that should exceed 400 km/h without major problems.
Before finishing, I would also like to highlight certain details such as the model’s final weight, around 1,100 kg, its fully adjustable double wishbone suspension, very similar to that currently used in competition such as Formula 1, brakes made of carbon discs, and even 19 x 9.5-inch alloy wheels at the front and 20 x 12.5-inch at the rear, shod, of course, with imposing tyres in sizes 265/35 ZR19 at the front and 335/30 ZR20 for the rear axle.
