Aston Martin building the One-77

Wow, these guys at Aston Martin never stop surprising us with the level of meticulousness they put into building their incredible vehicles. If we were already amazed by the detailed way they build the Aston Martin Cygnet, wait until you see photos of the entire construction process of the One-77.

The first thing that catches your eye is the exaggerated cleanliness of the environment. The One-77 is built in a place where you could easily eat off the floor. And then there’s the level of detail that goes into manufacturing these dream sports cars, which are worth every euro paid for them.

Each workstation moves individually, according to how the One-77 takes shape and comes to life. While one worker handles the entire electrical system, others take care of the engine and others still focus on the finishing details. While the upholstery is sewn and the seats are assembled, someone else builds the dashboard and another prepares some other component, until the end, when someone fixes the logo of the legendary British brand in place.
