Aston Martin DBX: we attend its official presentation
The Aston Martin DBX has been officially presented today in Madrid. After having the opportunity to see it in full and access its interior, we tell you its best aspects.
The new Aston Martin DBX has been officially presented today in Madrid. We have had the opportunity to access its interior and see it in full from the outside. Our impressions have been very positive.
An elegant and understated exterior
One of the fundamental aspects of the English manufacturer is its elegance. The DBX, thanks to its fine lines, manages to keep this characteristic intact.
As is usual, the model’s classic grille is present, catching the eye. The LED headlights also feature the brand’s traditional design and accompany the rest of the bonnet, following the beautiful angles that lead to two air intakes.

The side of the vehicle is understated. Above all, it stands out for the absence of door handles, a touch that adds more style to the bodywork. Of course, its incredible 22″ wheels could not be missing. There are several design options, although the one chosen by the brand for the presentation looks incredible.
Moving to the rear, this is where the car perhaps stands out most from the competition. It is full of personality and, thanks to its angles, manages to convey a very premium and elegant touch.

Especially noteworthy is the long, thin LED brake light which, in synergy with the two carbon fibre exhaust pipes, reminds us that this is, indeed, no ordinary SUV.

Finally, its boot, which has a total capacity of 632 litres with the seats not folded down. As can be seen in the photos, we will have no space problems, although perhaps in a car of this segment we could have expected a little more…
Interior with class
The Aston Martin DBX also stands out for its interior. As expected, the quality of its finishes is outstanding. Materials such as leather and Alcantara make for a luxurious and spacious space.
Comfort is one of the fundamental aspects of the vehicle. Sitting in the seats of the DBX is similar to, and even better than, sitting on your own living room sofa. Of course, these come equipped with all kinds of technologies: heated seats, electronic adjustment, memory with profiles…

There are several colour combinations; in this case they have opted to combine a soft grey with a subtle black, completely in synergy with the exterior body colour.
Despite the monotony this configuration may convey, once you get inside you completely forget about it, such is its level of detail.
The centre console has all kinds of options, discreetly positioned. A large HD screen dominates the central part, followed by a set of buttons that displays good taste and precision.

A large panoramic roof covers almost the entire upper part of the bodywork, providing passengers with a perfect view of the sky.
The rear seats continue to offer extreme comfort and, most importantly, there is plenty of room for both legs and head, even for an especially large person, there would be no problem.
A Heart-Stopping Engine
Under the bonnet, the new Aston Martin DBX is equally surprising. It has a 4.0-litre V8 engine that produces 542 CV of power and a surprising 700 Nm of torque. More than enough power to overcome any obstacle and leave everyone else behind like a “soul possessed by the devil”.

It goes from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds. With figures like these you realise that what the DBX offers is no joke.
Price and wide customisation options
Being one of the most luxurious and powerful SUVs on the market, it is obvious to expect that the price is not “suitable for all pockets”. Its starting price, without extra customisation packages, begins at €193,500.
The vehicle’s customisation options, as well as the extras available, are numerous. Life Style Packages (for pets, snow, events, touring, adventure, expression), Core packages, all kinds of exterior extras, wheel selection, wide colour options, as well as a completely customisable interior, are some of the options available to us.

It would not be presumptuous to say that Aston Martin has thought of everything with this new DBX. You even have a pet pack available, which includes a crate already installed in the boot…
If you are interested in learning about all the extras, and different customisation options, we recommend that you access the brand’s own configurator, where the new DBX is already available to purchase and to select the different packages.

In short, the Aston Martin DBX is here to stay. Thanks to its fine lines, the elegance of its design, a spacious, comfortable and luxurious interior, as well as all the customisation options available and yet to come, we can say that the English manufacturer positions itself in the segment with one of the most incredible cars on the market.
