Bentley Continental Supersports: a luxury GT with 710 CV
The Bentley Continental Supersports is the most powerful premium grand tourer in the world. Its W12 engine delivers 710 CV and 1,017 Nm of torque.
Bentley has unveiled the new Continental Supersports in coupé and roadster variants. This British grand tourer is the four-seat premium vehicle with the most power on the market.
Thanks to the optimisation of the turbochargers on its W12 engine, the power and torque of the Continental Supersports have been increased compared with the 2009 version: 80 CV (up to 710 CV) and 217 Nm of torque, reaching 1,017 Nm. With these figures, the power-to-weight ratio is 10% more favourable.

These incredible figures allow the new Continental Supersports to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, making it the fastest Bentley.
The redesigned W12 powertrain is paired with a torque vectoring system that increases the vehicle’s traction when cornering. This is one further improvement to an already highly effective traction system, which sends 60% of the engine’s power to the rear axle, for efficiency and sportiness.

The Supersports comes equipped with a new torque converter that disengages more quickly so the car makes better use of its high torque and accelerates with greater immediacy. This grand tourer includes high-performance carbon-ceramic brakes with an improved cooling system.
The new Bentley grand tourer has seen its weight reduced compared with its predecessor. As an option, it offers a titanium exhaust system that saves 5 kg of weight.

This British model has always stood out for its excellent balance between luxury and performance. “The name Supersports is part of the legend of Bentley. From the first Supersports of the 1920s to the Continental Supersports of 2009, and now with the third version of this iconic model, its name continues to stir passions. Only Bentley could create a car that combines such spectacular performance with unsurpassed luxury,” says Wolfgang Dürheimer, president and chief executive of Bentley Motors.
