Bollinger B1 and B2, the new electric off-roaders coming soon
Bollinger is preparing the launch of two electric off-roaders, an SUV and a pick-up, which will arrive in a few years and are quite spectacular

Some time ago it was announced that the company Bollinger would present a fully electric pick-up model, which would surprise everyone and reach production before the end of 2019. This production has been delayed and we will still have to wait to see how the Bollinger B1 turns out. But, to make up for this delay, the brand has announced that it will launch a second electric model, the Bollinger B2.
Both models look alike, since they are basically the same vehicle, although the first is presented as an SUV while the B2 is a pick-up with a passenger cab, so they are designed for different uses. A block-shaped front end, a straight grille and tough-looking bumpers are part of the design of both models.

They also share the powertrain, with two electric motors delivering a combined output of 458 kW, equivalent to 614 CV, and a maximum torque of 905 Nm. These two motors are powered by a 120 kWh battery and offer an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, with a top speed of 160 km/h.

BOLLINGER B1 Y B2
The range has not been revealed this time, but in earlier statements it was said that with this equipment the Bollinger B1 and B2 could cover up to around 320 kilometres. This figure may seem a little low, but one has to consider the off-road spirit of both models. In fact, they have been designed with a ground clearance of 381 millimetres, so they are built to give their all on very uncomfortable terrain.
In addition, both have a payload capacity of about 2,259 kg and a towing capacity of 3,402 kg. The pick-up version has a 1.7-metre bed, so it is ideal for fieldwork and carrying any kind of load. Furthermore, the rear window can be opened if more rear space is needed. For now, there is not enough information to get an idea of the launch date, range and price, but we hope they will announce all of this soon.
