Brabus and KTM join forces to create a spectacular motorcycle bearing the stamp of the German tuner

The hand of Brabus can be seen on many luxury car models. But the German tuner does not limit itself to cars: it also prepares motorcycles, enhancing their image and characteristics so that they look more imposing than the models they are based on. We have just met the BRABUS 1400R Signature Edition, the successor to the already well-known 1300 R Signature, which updates the model and gives it a more special touch.

This luxury model is limited to 100 units worldwide and is based on the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE R EVO. This model has been reworked and has become a spectacular motorcycle that sets a style and delivers energy for the lucky owners who ride this enhanced and highly attractive machine.

The WIDESTAR bodywork has been added, using high-quality carbon components and an exposed structure. It is the brand’s design DNA, known as Black and Bold, and it is dressed in Midnight Veil colour. At the front, a carbon fender signed by BRABUS and LED headlights have been fitted, with a new daytime running light configuration. There are also elements typical of the tuner’s brand, so the work carried out on the vehicle is easily recognisable.

One of these elements is the seat upholstery of the 1400 R Signature Edition. It uses a premium combination of BRABUS Masterpiece leather and Dinamica microfibre, with the brand logo at the centre of the seat.

And finally, the 1,350 cm³ LC8 V-twin engine powers this motorcycle, delivering 190 CV of power and 145 Nm of torque. The twin exhaust is located under the seat and enhances the look of this luxury hyper-sport naked motorcycle thanks to the sound coming from its engine. The 17-inch BRABUS Monoblock II EVO “PLATINUM EDITION” wheels complete the powerful image that a two-wheeled vehicle of these characteristics needs.

The price of each of these 100 units of the BRABUS 1400 R SIGNATURE EDITION is 41,933 euros before taxes.
