Changfeng Acumen Sedán: not even Volvo escapes

We continue with the 2009 Shanghai Show and unfortunately we are still talking about Chinese brands and their very European-inspired designs. In this case the model is the Changfeng Acumen Sedán, which mysteriously has a front end and side profile that recall a very European vehicle.
The front-end look with Volvo is undeniable, and then the rear design changes somewhat. The truth is that the lack of intellectual property protection or industrial design protection that exists in China is worrying, because copies are part of everyday life. More photos after the jump.

We will wait to see how Volvo has taken Changfeng’s design inspiration, and it would not be surprising if legal measures were taken in this regard, as we reported a few hours ago in the case of Rolls-Royce and Geely. Without a doubt, this 2009 Shanghai Show is giving us the best inspirations from some brands.
