Every market in the world has specific characteristics, so manufacturers, apart from the models they distribute worldwide adapted to their characteristics, also launch some model that can only be found at dealerships in that location. The latest we have learned about for the Latin American market is the Citroën C3 Aircross.

This version of the Citroën C3 has been designed with buyers in Brazil in mind, a country that happens to be the most important for the brand on the American subcontinent. In fact, although car sales in the country seem to have fallen during the first half of 2015, Citroën is betting on this model in Brazil to recover its results.

The Citroën C3 Aircross has been very well received in South America, where it has been manufactured since 2010. This new generation of the model arrives after the launch of the Citroën C4 Picasso and has been tailored to the tastes and needs of Brazilians, which already guarantees the model’s full adaptation to the local market.

The crossover capabilities of the Citroën C3 Aircross allow this model to enjoy a good reception in the markets where it is present, with a notable presence. 110,000 units have been manufactured over the last five years, reaching as many users.

The new version reflects the design style Citroën is applying to its models, with special attention to the front and rear bumpers, the shape of the wheel arches, and the technology installed in the cabin, headed by the seven-inch touchscreen that provides access to the navigation and entertainment system. It is also well equipped when it comes to driver assistance systems.
