The Citroën DS from 2019 in the imagination of a designer, and in Citroën's own too?

They say that in 1955 there was no more advanced car in Europe than the Citroën DS in terms of equipment and design. And those who said so were probably right; the DS was the first car to incorporate features that are everyday items today: power steering, adjustable independent suspension and front disc brakes. What would they think of the idea of the DS being reborn in our day?
Since all brands now draw on famous names, a designer called Ugo Spagnolo, from the Institut Superieur de Design, imagined and designed this 2019 Citroën DS as part of his thesis for starting work at Citroën itself, no less.
It’s no coincidence that the Survolt and the Revolt seem to have been good inspiration for Spagnolo, since his design incorporates many ideas from those models. But all the ingredients of the classic DS are there. Only the covered rear wheels, one of the features that set the DS apart from the rest, are missing; there is the very long bonnet and the distinctive rear window.
And what if Citroën decided to adopt this design for a DS?
