Cruzin Cooler, out of the ordinary

It is a cooler equipped with three wheels, a steering tiller, a padded seat on top and a electric motor that allows it to reach a speed of 12 km/h.
This small scooter (for lack of a better category) made the news when Leslie J. Marr went out for a ride through the streets of Whitehall, in the United States. As might be expected, the police had to stop him for not having an operating license, for lacking insurance and, finally, for having had a few drinks too many.
Looking at the Cruzin Cooler objectively, it could work well for a stroll along the beach, since there would be no need to carry our drinks on our backs and we could enjoy the moment. Another image after the break.
