Delta E4 Coupé: another electric car that promises plenty of range

The Delta E4 is another electric car from a British tuner called Delta Motorsports. It was unveiled in the last few hours at the Silverstone circuit and, besides being a coupé inspired by sporty applications, it promises 322 kilometres of range.

From the outside it recalls certain Japanese cars, such as the Honda Civic Coupé of yesteryear. Although stylistically it does not present an advanced (or outright ugly) design like its other electric rivals, it comes close to the image most people have in mind when they think of a compact car with certain performance. A point in the E4’s favour.

Another advantage of the E4 is its low weight and even weight distribution, which helps improve the car’s behaviour on the road. Let’s not forget that the E4 is not a little electric runabout meant to look after the planet, but an electric car built to run. The electric motors weigh just 23 kilos and develop the equivalent of 120 horsepower.

There is no further information about its price or when it will be available, but it is to be expected that the E4 will catch the attention of the many people who wanted a sporty electric car without having to pay a fortune.
