Mazda RX8 Curiosities Industry
Finally, Mazda will say goodbye to the RX8 with a very special edition

Honestly, it must be acknowledged that it is a real shame that one of the few brands that at the time committed to a mechanism as interesting and innovative as the one proposed by Wankel is finally having to abandon the principles that made it famous, due to emissions issues and, above all, a serious lack of funds that prevents the development of new engines.
Because of this, and after leaving Europe in a rather gloomy fashion, the Japanese sports car will be going to its grave, but not before bidding farewell with a new exclusive edition called Mazda RX-8 Spirit R, made up of just 1,000 units and sold exclusively in the Japanese market.

Specifically, this limited edition will feature certain aesthetic changes, visible in the photos published by the brand, which include new light clusters with a black background, red brake calipers with gold wheels. Additionally, the vehicle has revisions to the suspension and the installation of Recaro bucket seats, as well as polished black trim on the transmission tunnel.
If you are interested once again, the only option will be to import the vehicle from Japan, where it will be on sale starting from November 24.
