First accident of the Mercedes-Benz CLS

Lately, news of expensive, rare and brand-new car crashes has been coming in with great frequency, and yesterday we reported the accident suffered by a Bugatti Veyron on the Autobahn, and the day before the crash of a Ferrari Dino 246 GT, today we are sorry to continue with this unfortunate trend of accidents.
This time the crashed model is the Mercedes-Benz CLS 2012, presented last week at the Paris Motor Show. This is the first known accident involving the CLS 2012, and it happened when the engineers of the German brand were at the Nürburgring carrying out the tests of the final stage of the model’s development.
The photos show that the damage has not been too serious, only the front end appears to be damaged, and the repair will probably consist of replacing the front bumper and some paintwork touch-ups.
