First images of the Skoda Citigo Sport

The official profile the brand has on Facebook has this week shown the first images of the Skoda Citigo Sport. With this sporty version of the small city car, Skoda aims to reach a younger audience, offering a model with a more exclusive design and an aggressive character.

This version’s alloy wheels are 15-inch Auria units, and the bodywork adds a “Sport” kit that includes a rear spoiler and a rear diffuser. In addition, the body colour can be combined with red or black stripes for the roof and bonnet, along the sides and at the rear.

Inside the cabin it features a higher level of equipment and better materials that give it a more sporty character. The seat, steering wheel, handbrake and gear lever knob are all trimmed in leather. On the technology side, it comes with GPS navigation and “City Safe Drive”, which automatically brakes the car when travelling at less than 30 km/h.

As for the engines, the Skoda Citigo Sport is paired with two MPI petrol engines producing 60 and 75 CV. To find out the prices we will still have to wait for Skoda to make them official, as the definitive launch date is not yet known.
