Fittipaldi Motors and Pininfarina join forces to create the Fittipaldi EF7 Vision Gran Turismo

“Art meets speed”: that has been the motto under which Pininfarina and Fittipaldi Motors have joined forces to create a supercar that they will unveil as a concept next March at the Geneva Motor Show.

The first of the two companies has designed countless models of Ferrari over its 87 years of history and is considered one of the most prestigious design firms in the automotive industry. On the other hand, as you may have already guessed, Fittipaldi Motors is a new car manufacturer founded by the famous former Formula 1 driver Emerson Fittipaldi.

But there is more, since the development of the new prototype from Pininfarina and Fittipaldi Motors will also involve the subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz HWA. This German component manufacturer is in charge, among other things, of the AMG Mercedes team in the DTM.

In short, the prototype to be presented in Geneva will be developed by a Formula 1 world champion, will offer a glamorous Italian design, and will be built with German engineering.

Beyond the teaser image, not many details are yet known about this supercar that can bring so much joy to the most enthusiastic fans. The prototype will be called Fittipaldi EF7 Vision Gran Turismo, and the Brazilian former driver himself has made sure it offers a level of performance similar to that of a racing car.

We are already eager to see the new project from the two-time Formula 1 World Champion, which will be presented on March 7 at the Geneva Motor Show, and from its debut, it will be virtually available in the Gran Turismo video game on PlayStation.
