Ford, a patron of the festival and the Starlite gala for one more year
As part of the sponsorship agreement that Ford has with the Starlite festival and gala, the new Ranger Raptor is one of the stars of the event this year.
Events such as the Starlite gala and the Starlite Festival are very attractive for car brands such as Ford, which has been linking its name to the gala as a sponsor for the last 9 years.
These are interesting marketing operations for car manufacturers, because they give great visibility to their new products, as well as building brand image and allowing them to collaborate on social initiatives.
In the case of Starlite, for example, over these 9 years more than two million euros have already been raised. These funds have been allocated to different causes through the Starlite Foundation, benefiting more than 30,000 children and 15,000 families.

This year, the Starlite Festival kicked off on July 6, and Ford will be present for all 46 days of live music of what has already become the longest-running festival, as it will run until August 23.
Among the artists who have already performed or will perform on the spectacular stage at the Cantera de Nagüeles in Marbella are, among many others, The Beach Boys, Sting, Raphael, Kool & The Gang, Maluma, Nicky Jam, David Bisbal, Ketama, Juan Magán and Jason Derulo.
The new Ford Ranger Raptor, star of the Festival
As the “official mobility partner” of the Starlite gala and the Starlite Festival 2019, Ford has brought a special guest to this edition: the new Ford Ranger Raptor. Attendees can check out the 4×4 capabilities of the brand’s pickup in the Terra Pods area, where they will tackle ramp climbing and descent exercises and some very spectacular crossings of obstacles.

The Ford Ranger Raptor arrives on the Spanish market backed by its status as the highest-performing and best-selling pickup in Europe. It is available with the 2.0 twin-turbo diesel engine producing 170 or 213 CV, and in single cab, double cab or Super Cab versions, with prices ranging from 29,575 to 56,250 euros.

In addition, Ford runs its FastPass service throughout the event, in which a fleet of Ford EcoSport takes attendees from the parking area to the zone where the concerts are held.
