Ford announces a limited edition of the new C-Max for Spain

The Spanish market will have the privilege of receiving a special edition of the new generation C-Max, which will be built at the Almussafes plant in Valencia, when it goes on sale in October of this year. It will be called “First Edition” and among its particularities, the standard equipment it includes will be decided by internet users, as it can only be reserved online.

Through this website, Ford Spain offers those interested in the renewed MPV the chance to design their own First Edition until Wednesday 28 July. To do so, they will start from twelve different equipment combinations which, suitably chosen, can help create the ideal C-Max for each person. When the deadline ends, Ford will analyse the most popular configurations and use them to create the definitive C-Max First Edition. To purchase one, you will have to register via the link above, check the corresponding price at the nearest dealership and order a unit before 30 September.

This initiative, which makes Ford a pioneer in creating a limited edition available only through the dealer network, will allow users to purchase the model with the equipment they prefer and with the benefit that it is standard, i.e. they will not have to pay extra for the chosen options. Among these extras are:

  • Bi-xenon headlamps
  • Automatic windscreen wipers with rain sensor
  • Automatic parking assist (SAAP)
  • Dual-zone air conditioning
  • Bluetooth + USB connector
  • Hill start assist (HLA)
  • Ford Power: start button
  • Privacy glass
  • 17-inch alloy wheels
  • Tyre pressure sensor (DDS)
  • Automatic headlight activation
  • Chrome roof rails

If you were keeping an eye on the upcoming C-Max, Ford Spain‘s proposal has added considerable appeal, but you shouldn’t lose track of time, as the deadline to secure a made-to-measure First Edition is approaching fast. In addition, it will stop being sold when the rest of the range reaches dealerships, on 30 October.
