Hennessey Supercars Tuning Videos
Hennessey Venom GT Revs Its Engines

After more than three years of waiting since Hennessey released the first sketches of what was promised to be a supercar capable of making even the Bugatti Veyron blush, Hennessey is finally ready to present its fantastic Venom GT to the world.
Gone are the numerous delays caused by lack of money and design problems. As you can see, this model is clearly based on the Lotus Elise, although it only resembles it in appearance, since if you watch the video at the end of the post, the roar of this model doesn’t sound at all like a Toyota four-cylinder engine.
As you will well remember, to build the first 100% original model, the tuner based in Texas, Hennessey, has had to modify and improve everything from the chassis to the wheel arches and their air intakes, all to create a car that is safe when its driver calls on maximum performance from an LS9 engine, the same one fitted to the Corvette ZR1, which has been boosted to 1,200 horsepower.
Truly, it seems hard to believe that after more than three years we can finally see it in action and, above all, live at the SEMA 2010.
