Hooligan tunes his grandmother's scooter to top 110 km/h

Incredible news from the United Kingdom where, apparently, a young man, not one to be shy about it, came up with the brilliant idea of borrowing that kind of scooter that we can see practically in every city in our country from his grandmother and fitting it with a tuned petrol scooter engine.
With this brilliant idea he has set out to enter the Guinness World Records, as long as he manages to exceed the speed of 100 km/h, something that this young man with little common sense says he can do without any problems.
For reference, a scooter of these characteristics, bought from an orthopaedic shop (I can’t think of any other place to buy a similar vehicle), can reach a top speed of just 12 km/h, a speed that has apparently been raised to 111 km/h thanks to this young man’s ingenuity.
I hope that once he decides to return it to his poor grandmother, heaven knows what this lady may be thinking about the disappearance of her “little trolley”, he leaves it completely stock, because personally I would not like to be driving my car on a conventional road and be overtaken by a “contraption” like this.
