Jaguar will present the Goodwood XKR over the weekend

The car takes its name from the high-speed festival because it is a model developed specifically for the event; this sports car is based on the facelift of the XKR presented at the NAIAS 2009.

It is therefore expected that the supercharged 5.0L V8 engine whose output reaches 510 CV will receive some modifications, so the 4.6-second acceleration recorded for the base model should drop by a few tenths.

The company has not yet revealed details of this one-off, however some exterior features are easy to see in the images, such as 21-inch wheels, and the body height has been lowered to give it a sportier look.

The lime green paint should be exclusive to the car, along with the XKR graffiti placed in different spots such as the door mirrors, front spoiler, bonnet and inside the headlights.
